Introduction

 LWT type screw dehydrator application：

Kitchen waste dehydration; Fiber material enrichment and squeeze dehydration; Pulp, waste slag dewatering treatment; Used in brewery industry, rice wine lees dehydration, such as ethanol, fine chemical, feed additive industry etc. 

working principle：

The raw material is from the inlet to press tube, under the action of squeezing screw and material extruded tube, the final products sent to the discharging port after dewatering, the squeezed sewage through the drain into the entrance channel.

Advantages：

Screw dehydrator is consisted of the squeeze tube, squeezing screw, material extrusion tube,  the hopper, water tank, outlet and drive reducer, etc.

The layout：

Note: when ordering indicate the equipment material and reducer requirements; After installation screw expansion bolt will be positioning; So don't need to be embedded parts; Special specifications shall be separately designed.
