The method of reducing cost of production of coal slime dryer

 In the recent year, the price of the energy is increasing continually with the energy crisis appearing. We should take measures to reducing the cost of production, such as changing the operating conditions of coal slime dryer equipment, choosing the dryer equipment with high thermal efficiency, recycling partial heat of exhaust gas, etc.

Firstly, reducing heat loss of drying process. Generally, the heat loss of coal slime dryer is less than 10% and the heat loss of large and medium process units is about 5% if heat preservation is appropriate. So, we should be good at the work of heat preservation of drying system and make sure the best thickness of insulation layer. In order to prevent leakage of drying system, the equipment generally is adopted pressure fan and induced fan in series. After reasonably adjusting to make the operation of the system in zero-pressure. Therefore, these measures can avoid the reducing of heat efficiency caused by transudation of drying medium or the leaking of air.

Secondly, reducing the evaporation load of coal slime dryer. The material through disposal of pre-dehydration, such as filtration, centrifugal separation and evaporation of evaporator before entering into the dryer, which can increase solid content of material and reduce evaporation load of dryer and this is one of the most effective way.

Thirdly, raising the air temperature of entrance of coal slime drying equipment and reducing the exhaust gas temperature of exist of dryer are benefit to increase the heat efficient of dryer. However, the air temperature of entrance is restricted by the allowable temperature of products. The air temperature of entrance is higher than allowable temperature of products. 

Fourthly, the circulation of partial exhaust gas of coal slime dryer can increase the heat efficiency of dryer. There exists the best quantity of exhaust gas circulation, it is 20%~30%.

Except the above measures, we also can adopt indirect heat-exchange equipment to recycle the heat from the exist of equipment. The common heat-exchange equipments are heat pipe, heat pump, etc.
