Yunnan potato residue drying project uses a complete set of agitating rotary dryer. The water content reaches 85% of the wet slag, which is mechanically dewatered by a belt dewatering machine, and then conveyed by a screw conveyor to rotary dryer. In the drum with the stirring blade device and the shock cleaning device, the wet potato slag advances spirally, exchanges heat with the heat medium in the heating area with a larger heating area, and rapidly evaporates to reach 35% of water. The state enters the pulverizer, reaches the particle size state of 1mm and enters the pulse airflow drying process, thereby achieving the moisture content of the dry potato slag by about 12%, completing the entire drying process.

Yunnan potato slag drying raw material has uniform color, uniform wet and dry, and good taste. It deepens the market price and competitiveness of potato slag after drying. During the return visit, the customer gave a very high rating. Potato slag, starch slag, sweet potato slag, cassava slag and other high-starch high-humidity waste slag are dried and found to be dried.
