  Application and maintenance of kitchen waste dewatering machine:

  1. Before use, clean the contact parts of mechanical equipment and raw materials with cleaning liquid;

  2. When the machine and equipment are in the process of operation, try to avoid excessive pressure, otherwise it will cause mechanical failure such as sudden stop of the machine or cracking of the sieve barrel;

  3. The temperature of the four-column hydraulic press management system cannot exceed 65 °C. Because the hydraulic pump can not work for more than 30 minutes during high temperature operation. The temperature of each roller bearing in the      transmission system management cannot exceed 50 °C at room temperature;

  4. During the operation of the machine, do not allow sharp, hard objects and internal metal objects to enter the inside of the machine. They damage parts and damage the operation of the machine and can pick the raw materials before they are pressed;

  5. If the machine equipment is not used for a long time, try to clean all the raw material sediments of the equipment body, and the rust parts should be often coated with vegetable oil for maintenance;
