On May 4, 2019, the Anhui Hefei bean dregs drying production line was sent to our customers from our company. After one month of installation and commissioning, it has been officially put into production.

The working principle of the bean dregs drying equipment:

  The high-humid bean dregs are fed into the drum by the screw conveyor, and are continuously picked up and scattered under the copying board to spiral forward. The built-in stirring paddle device fully stirs and breaks up the material to fully expand the heat exchange area between the material and the hot gas. The sticky wall image is solved. At the same time, the tumble dryer is provided with a shock cleaning device to prevent the material from bonding to the cylinder wall and the material curtain is uniform, the heating area is large, the passing rate is high, and the paste is largely avoided. happened.

  After passing through the tumble dryer, the water content of the bean dregs is about 35%, which is discharged by the screw conveyor and enters the special pulverizer for the semi-wet material. After the pulverization, the particle size of the material reaches 1mm or less, and then enters the pulse airflow drying process, and the 3-10s material is used. The powder is quickly dehydrated to less than 14%, and the dry powder is recovered by the cyclone unloader and the pulse bag type dust collector, and the exhaust gas reaches the standard discharge to complete the entire drying process.
