Structural principle of screw press dehydrator:
This device is mainly made up with rack, feeding part, pressing part, transmission part and electric control part.

There are double screws of counter-rotating conveyor screw and press screw, single screw with powerful feeding device and check back device (including feeding screw, press screw and extruding screw), single screw with changeable pitch, shaft diameter and screen drum diameter, and counter-rotating double screws connected in parallel and crossed. Different screws are chosen according to different materials and producing capacity. At the taphole, pressing effect can be changed by adjusting spring pressure or oil pressure, thus the drying degree of residue discharged is adjusted. Its effect may be different according to different materials.
