  If there is no material dewatering equipment, fresh pig manure can be stacked on the pretreatment site for a period of time (5-7 days) and then set aside. The area of ​​the pretreatment field is calculated based on the accumulated storage of pig manure from 7-10 days on the Qiantou pig farm, which is 8~12t. The area of ​​the pretreatment site is determined according to the plan of the pig farm. The ground of the pretreatment site is poured at an inclination of 5°, and a small groove (40 cm in width and 25 cm in depth) is built on the lower side edge, so that the exudate of the pretreatment material is communicated to the urine storage tank through small communication.

  The parameters to be controlled before the fermentation of pig manure: the water content of the material to be fermented is controlled at about 58%; the carbon to nitrogen ratio is between 30 and 40 (the auxiliary materials can be used for conditioning); the pH of the pig manure is adjusted to about 7.5 (the use of perphosphate) calcium).

  2: Pig manure fermentation:

  Pig manure fermentation is the main link of harmless treatment. After high temperature (55~65 °C) fermentation, pathogens and weed seeds in pig manure are killed, organic matter is humified, and nutrients become easily absorbed by crops. In order to achieve the above intentions, it is necessary to create a suitable fermentation plant and fermentation tank. Through the above fermentation process, pig manure has been completely decomposed. Then, the fermentation tank is taken out and stacked in the warehouse for about 10 days to complete the ripening. In this way, the process of harmless treatment of pig manure is completed.
