 1. Chemical pretreatment dehydration

  In order to improve the dewatering property of the sludge, improve the properties of the filter cake, and increase the permeability of the material, the sludge needs to be chemically treated. The machine uses a unique "flocculation granulation mixer" to achieve chemical dosing flocculation. The method not only has good flocculation effect, but also saves a large amount of medicaments, has low operating cost, and has obvious economic benefits.

2. Gravity concentrated dewatering section

  The sludge is evenly fed into the mesh belt through the cloth bucket, and the sludge runs forward with the filter belt. The free water flows into the water tank through the filter belt under the action of self-weight. Gravity dewatering can also be said to be a highly concentrated section, and the main function is to remove the sludge. The free water in the tank reduces the fluidity of the sludge and prepares for further extrusion.

3. Wedge zone pre-pressure dewatering section

  The fluidity of the sludge after gravity dewatering is almost completely lost. As the filter belt of the belt filter presses forward, the distance between the upper and lower filter belts gradually decreases, the material begins to be slightly stressed, and the pressure gradually increases with the operation of the filter belt. The role of the wedge zone is to prolong the gravity dewatering time, increase the extrusion stability of the flocs, and prepare for entering the pressure zone.

4. Squeeze roller high pressure dewatering section

  When the material leaves the wedge zone, it enters the pressure zone, and the material is squeezed in this zone. The pressure along the running direction of the filter belt increases with the decrease of the diameter of the squeeze roller, the material shrinks by the extrusion volume, and the free water in the material is squeezed out. At this time, the filter cake is basically formed, and the water content of the filter cake can be lowered to a low pressure after continuing to the high pressure region of the pressure tail.
