To ensure the normal use of the screw press, it must be cleaned and checked in time. After the work of the press is finished every day, it should be cleaned and checked in time:

    1. Check the cleanliness inside the machine.

    2. Check the cleanliness of the filter belt.

    3. Check the quality of the filter belt. (See if there is any damage).

    4. Check the filter belt running automatic control function. (Whether it is sensitive and reliable).

    5. Check whether the water outlet of each sump is blocked, if there is any phenomenon, stop, rinse and unblock in time.

    6. After the daily sludge is over, the filter belt flushing is delayed for 30 minutes, and the press is washed with a flushing water hose to make the entire equipment clean.

    Timely cleaning and maintenance, replacement of abnormal parts, in order to better extend the life of the press.
