Recently, two Russian customers came to our company to visit peat drying equipment.

  Peat dryer is our company's main product. It is mainly composed of heat source, dispersing feeder, belt feeder, rotary drum, belt discharge machine, induced draft fan, dust collector and power distribution cabinet.

  Performance characteristics:

1. Dingli Peat Dryer has strong anti-overload capability, large processing capacity, low fuel consumption and low drying cost;

2. using the downstream drying method, the flue gas and wet materials enter the dryer from the same side, can use the high temperature flue gas to obtain high evaporation intensity, the dryer outlet temperature is low, and the thermal efficiency is high;

3. The operating parameters can be changed according to different material properties, so that the material can form a stable full-break fabric curtain in the drying machine cylinder, and the heat exchange is more complete;

4. New feeding and discharging device to prevent the clogging, discontinuity, unevenness and returning of the drum dryer, reducing the load of the dust removal system;

5. The new internal structure strengthens the cleaning and heat conduction of the dispersed materials, eliminates the sticking phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder, and is more adaptable to the moisture and viscosity of the material;

6. The new peat drying equipment realizes “zero horizontal thrust”, greatly reduces the wear of the retaining wheel, and the cylinder runs smoothly and reliably;
