Structure and working state of main components of belt filter press
1. Rack: The belt filter press frame is primarily used to support and secure the press roll system and other components.
2. Press roll system: consists of rollers arranged in diameter from large to small. The sludge is clamped by the upper and lower filter belts. When passing through the press rolls in sequence, a pressure gradient from small to large is formed under the tension of the filter belt, so that the crushing force of the sludge is continuously increased during the dehydration process. Gradually remove the water.
3. Gravity zone dewatering device: mainly composed of gravity zone bracket and trough. The flocculated material removes a large amount of water in the gravity zone and the flowability deteriorates, creating conditions for subsequent extrusion and dewatering.
4. Wedge dewatering device: The wedge-shaped area formed by the upper and lower filter belts applies pressure to the material to be clamped, and pre-pressure dewatering is performed to meet the liquid content and fluidity requirements. Press the material of the dewatered part.
5. Filter belt: It is the main component of the belt filter press. The solid phase and liquid phase separation process of the sludge is above, and the lower filter belt is a filter medium that bypasses the tension of the upper and lower filter belts. The pressure roller is used to obtain the pressure required to remove moisture from the material.
6. Unloading device: It consists of scraper, tool holder, unloading roller, etc. Its function is to peel off the dewatering filter cake and filter belt to achieve the purpose of unloading.
7. Gearbox: It consists of motor, reducer, gear drive and so on. It is the power source for the filter belt to travel, and can adjust the speed of the reducer to meet the requirements of different belt speeds in the process.
