1. The products use the special high-energy high ozone UV ultraviolet ray light to ray malodorous gases, cracking malodorous gases such as: ammonia, trimethylamine, sulfureted hydrogen, methyl sulfureted hydrogen, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfureted aether, Dimethyl disulfide, carbon bisulfide and benzene ethylene， sulfide H2S, VOC type, benzene, toluene, xylene molecular bond. So that make the free state of pollutants molecules and ozone oxidation combined into harmless or low harm of small molecules such as CO2, H2O and so on.
2. Using high energy and high ozone UV ultraviolet ray beam to decompose oxygen molecules and produce free oxygen, which means active oxygen. Because of the electronic imbalance of free oxygen, it needs to be combined with oxygen molecule and become ozone.
UV + O2 → O-+ O * (active oxygen) O + O2 → O3 (ozone)
It’s known that ozone is effective on oxidating organic, so ozone has an immediate effect on removing odorous gases and other irritating smell.
3. Using exhaust devices input malodorous gases into this purification equipment and this purification equipment will use high energy and high ozone UV ultraviolet ray beam and ozone to decompose and oxidate odorous gases collaboratively. Make malodorous gases degrade into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, then educe outdoor through exhaust pipe.
4. Using high energy and high ozone UV ultraviolet ray beam to crack molecular keys of malodorous gases bacteria and destroy nucleic acid (DNA) of bacteria. Then perform oxidating reaction though ozone and reach the purpose of deodorization and sterilization thoroughly.
1.High Deodorization effect: The product can remove the main pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOC), inorganic compound, hydrogen sulphide, ammonia, mercaptan and various terrible odor effectively. Deodorization efficiency is highest above 99% and deodorization effect greatly exceeds the standards which promulgated by the state in 1993 about discharging Odorous pollutants (GB14554-93) and the promulgation of the《atmospheric pollutant emission standards》in 2012(GB16297-2012) .
2.Without adding any substance: Only need to set up corresponding exhaust pipe and wind power so that malodorous gases can be deodorized and decomposed and purified though this equipment, without adding any material took part in a chemical reaction.
3.Adaptability: it can adapt to high concentrations, large gas capacity. It can be use for deodorizing and purifying different malodorous gases materials. Also,it can work 24 hours a day, stably and reliably.
4.Low operating cost: This equipment is noiseless and it needs no mechanical action, special management and maintenance. You should just make regular checks. Low energy consumption (Each processing 1000 cubic meters/hour, only about 0.2 degree electricity consumption). Wind resistance of equipment is extremely low < 50pa. It could save a large number of wind power consumption.
